Our general partners business activities have included supplies and services to the utilities, oil and gas sector, transportation, telecommunications, construction, real estate, infrastructure related projects, agriculture machinery, commodities and project finance.

Formed in 2022 and expanded again 2024 our joint venture consists of key long standing existing Companies within the energy sector.

The the General Partners individually, manage, procures and markets refined and unrefined petroleum products. Its overall focus in petroleum and gas commodities such as Domestic and International Crude Oil, Manufactured Jet Fuel, D6 - VFO, EN590, ULSD, bitumen, fuel oils and base oils and is currently expanding their refinery and storage partnerships and actively in the acquisition stage alike to add to the portfolio.

The Joint Venture , beside is refined products sells Crude Oil from its General Partner's family of companies allocations and our investments into upstream assets. A major component in the contractual process is logistics. Each customer will work directly with an administrator who will provide the buyer with concise logistical updates. The partnership prides itself and its capability to communicate with their Buyers to ensure timely processes until the transaction comes to a successful conclusion.
